Answer: I usually do basketball once a week with my friends.

Answer: Yes, I do. Having positive mindset help my mind staying positive and reducing stress.

Having a positive mind not only helps us to think clearly in solving problems, but can also help in our physical and body health.

We can work and study well, and do activities regularly and well when our thoughts are positive.

5. Do you think that eating junk food will increase the the change of getting sick? Explain your idea.

Answer: Yes, I do.

Eating junk food will make me feel more hungry and eat more foods which make me overweight and easy to become sick.

Very high fat content and also very high salt content in fast food is not good for the body.

However, that doesn't mean we can't eat them at all.

We can eat it in the right portion and not excessive.

Fourthly, certain types of food such as tomatoes and berries can increase vigour and improve cognitive performance, all the while protecting your body against the effects of ageing.

Lastly, eating the right foods can actually make you happier– nutrients such as iron and omega-3 fatty acids found in protein-rich food can boost your mood.

This contributes to better overall mental well-being and protects you against mental health issues.
