Title: ‘The Legend of Crying Stone’ by Alma Nadia.
Setting: The setting of time is a long time ago.
While the setting of place is in a small village in west Kalimantan.
Characters: The characters of the legend is a beautiful spoiled girl.
Problems: Problems occured in this story is when the girl felt ashamed to admit her own mother.
Because of that her mother felt really sad.

Then, the mother prayed to God and begged Him to punish her daughter.
Solution: At the end of the story, the girl finally got her punishment, she turned into a stone statue whose eyes never stopped shedding tears.
Interesting point of the story: The interesting point of the story by the writer itslf is the incident when a child refused to acknowledge her own mother and when a mother asked God to punish her child.
