Ajang penghargaan musik K-Pop, Circle Chart Music Awards 2023 sukses digelar di Busan Exhibition and Convention Center, Busan, Korea Selatan, pada Rabu 10 Januari 2024 mulai pukul 19:00 KST (Korea Standard Time) atau 17:00 WIB.

Dalam gelaran Circle Chart Music Awards 2023 atau dulu dikenal sebagai Gaon Chart Music Awards tersebut, mengumumkan para pemenang dari berbagai kategori.

Peraih penghargaan Circle Chart Music Awards 2023 didasarkan atas penampilan komersil dari lagu dan album dari chart rekaman musik nasional Circle Chart mulai 1 Desember 2023 hingga 30 November 2023.

NCT DREAM berhasil membawa pulang 3 penghargaan sekaligus karena memenangkan kategori Artist of the Year (Album), World K-Pop Star, dan Daesang (hadiah utama) untuk Digital Album of the Year.

Ada perubahan dalam penghargaan Artist of the Year dan Rookie of the Year.

Penghargaan Artist of the Year Circle Chart Music Awards 2023 diberikan dalam empat kategori.

Yakni Album, Digital, Pendengar Unik (Streaming), dan Streaming Global masing-masing kepada lima artis.

Sedangkan penghargaan Rookie of the Year diberikan dalam tiga kategori berbeda.
