TRIBUNNEWS.COM -- Di bulan Oktober ini sejumlah pengembang dan publisher game telah bersiap-siap merilis puluhan game dan platformnya.
Dikutip dari Kompas.com, setidaknya terdapat sekitar 56 game baru yang telah menanti untuk dirilis di PC, PlayStation 4 (PS4), PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, Google Stadia, dan Oculus VR.
Dari puluhan judul game tersebut, ada beberapa game menarik yang layak untuk ditunggu.
Salah satunya seperti game Far Cry 6.

Game First Person Shooter (FPS) ini merupakan judul ke-6 dari seri game Far Cry yang pertama kali dirilis pada tahun 2004 lalu.
Hanya untuk PC Sultan Far Cry 6 akan mengambil latar tempat di sebuah negara fiksi bernama "Yara" dengan ibu kota bernama "Esperanza".
Yara sendiri merupakan negara yang menyerupai Kuba di Benua Amerika.
Pemain bakal berperan sebagai tokoh pemberontak bernama Dani Rojas yang berusaha menggulingkan rezim pimpinan seorang tokoh antagonis, Castillo. Karakter Castillo diperankan oleh Giancarlo Esposito, aktor yang populer lewat serial televisi Breaking Bad.
Dalam rangka mewujudkan rencananya, pemain dapat memanfaatkan beragam senjata dan aksesori unik, seperti rocket launcher, flamethrower, hingga jetpack.
Game lawas
Selain game baru, sebagian pengembang memilih untuk kembali menghadirkan game lawas yang sudah dirilis sebelumnya, seperti Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water.

Ini merupakan sebuah game survival horor yang mulanya dirilis untuk konsol Wii U pada Oktober 2015 lalu. Namun kini, game tersebut kembali dibawa Koei Tecmo Games menuju platform yang lebih modern, yang mencakup PC, PS4, Xbox One, Switch.
Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water kabarnya masih akan mengusung jalan cerita yang serupa dengan versi orisinalnya.
Pemain akan kembali berpetualang bersama Yuri Kozukata, Ren Hojo, dan Miu Hinasaki untuk menelusuri pegunungan Hikami.

Pegunungan tersebut terkenal angker sebab acap kali dikunjungi oleh masyarakat yang hendak bunuh diri.
