ANSWER: The Wind That Changed Our Village
Raka was a high school student who lived in a small farming village in Indonesia.
The people in the village often suffered from blackouts because the main electricity supply was weak.
After studying renewable energy at school, Raka decided to create a wind turbine for his community.
The problem began when frequent blackouts disturbed the daily lives of the villagers.
Raka explained his idea, but many people laughed and doubted him, even his own father.
They believed renewable energy was too complicated for a small village.
Raka did not give up.
Together with his teacher, Mrs. Sari, he collected old materials such as fan blades, bicycle parts, and wood.
For weeks he worked hard, but his turbine kept failing.
The villagers thought he was wasting his time.
Finally, one windy afternoon, the turbine started spinning and generated electricity.
The small machine lit up several homes in the village for the first time without blackout.
The villagers were amazed and later worked together to build more turbines.
Since then, the village has enjoyed stable power, and people realized how important renewable energy is for their future.
Raka’s dream came true, and the wind really changed his village.
