1. Which activities can make you stay healthy? Why?
Answer: Activities that make us stay healthy are:
- Picture 3.2 Doing exercises: Exercise is useful for maintaining ideal body weight. Because this physical activity can reduce fat tissue and lose weight.
- Picture 3.4 Eating healthy food: Exercise is not the only way to get to the ideal weight. We also need to balance it with healthy food consumption and set a rest pattern. Both of them can make us stay healthy.
2. Which activities make you happy? Why?
Answer: Activities that make me happy is slouching on the couch (Picture 3.1).
