Jawaban:

1. I see the healthy living is not only exercise, but healthy lifestyle, eat healthy food, and enjoy yout live too

2. Actually, I have a simple healthy routine. First, I avoid unhealthy junk food and choose fresh fruits for snacks. Second, I always do some light physical exercise, like walking to school. Lastly, I maintain a regular sleep schedule to keep my mind fresh.

3. Yup, i do exercise 5 times in a week. 

4. I strongly agree with that opinion. In my opinion, a positive thinking attitude is just as important as physical exercise for maintaining overall health.
