No, he didn't.

Kunci Jawaban: I think a fish wasn't a prince, but God turned into a fish.
3. Do you think the prince will stay a fish forever?
Kunci Jawaban: I don't think so.
Because a fish gives tests to someone who puts it in the water again and knows how greedy someone is.
4. What happened at the end of the story? Please describe.
Kunci Jawaban: The fisherman's wife wanted to be the Lord of everything and asked her husband to meet the fish again.
He said what his wife wanted and the fish was angry.
It asked the fisherman to go home and lived to his small hut.
5. Why did the fisherman's wife keep asking her husband to go back to the fish?
Kunci Jawaban: Because she never satisfied with everything she got.
6. What do you think of the fisherman's wife? Do you feel sorry for her? Or do you feel angry with her? Discuss.
Kunci Jawaban: I think she is very greedy. Yes, I do feel sorry for her.
7. If you had a chance to rewrite the story, how would the story end? Write your ending of the story.
Kunci Jawaban:
Then the man went shivering with fear. As he was going down to the shore a dreadful storm arose. The trees and the very rocks shook and the sky became black with stormy clouds.
There were great black waves, swelling up like mountains with crowns of white foam on their head. Unfortunately the fisherman did not have any choice, so he got onto his boat and rowed to the middle of the sea and cried out as loud as he could:
"O enchanted beautiful fish!
Listen to my wish! My wife doesn't want what I want, and he won't give up until he has his own will, so go ahead and help me!"
"What does she want now?" fish said.
"I am really ashamed of my wife's greed. She wants to be a God who subdues the sun and the moon. But I don't agree with her.
Therefore, I beg of you that you eliminate the greed of my wife and let us become emperors who are good at being grateful and generous to others.
"Go home," said the fish, "May you always be happy with all that you have."
8. Imagine you are the fish in the story. Can you narrate the story from his point of view?
Kunci Jawaban:
Once upon a time a fisherman caught me. But I begged him to let me go because I'm no ordinary fish. He kindly let me go.
But the next day he came because his wife told him to ask me something for being kind enough to let me go.
Finally I granted his request. But the next day he asked for something else again, for days. Until the last time he asked to be like God.
Finally I got angry and changed his life back to normal so that he realized that he had gone too far and was not good at being grateful for what he already had.
9. What lesson did you learn from this story?
Kunci Jawaban:
- Don't behave greedy.
- Always be grateful for everything.
