The environment is a useful place for humans, plants, and animals to do their activities in the world. Without the environment, we all can not do our activities in the world especially if the environment was destroyed by us.

For making our environment clean, we can do from the small things, such as plant the trees. Plant the trees along the road or anywhere can avoid the air pollution which can endanger all of us and even air pollution makes us have disease, such as asthma and bronchitis.

Throw the trash into dustbin is another way to keep our environment green and clean. However, throw the trash into dustbin is a great behavior even it can keep our environment clean, avoid the odor, avoid the flood, and other. Although, still many people of us, do not realize what is the effect of no throw the trash into dustbin. They just can throw it in everywhere and can making the environment become dirty and disgusting.

Having breakfast helps us feel more focused for the coming day. When we study at school and didn't have breakfast before, we will more likely to not focus during the lesson. There's nothing worse than being constantly aware that you are hungry and counting the minutes until lunchtime. Having breakfast in the morning not only fuels us until lunchtime but actually gives our brains the essential energy to function and focus better on tasks, so we can concentrate more.

Having breakfast will also control our appetite. If we don't eat breakfast, we are much more Jikely to end up snacking throughout the morning, which could pile up the unhealthy calories! Stay away from overly-refined snacks with added sugar, so if you do feel like snacking, have some slices of fruits.
