Lirik lagunya bercerita tentang pesan yang cukup mendalam tentang kerinduan kepada seseorang.

Video klip Memories telah diunggah di kanal YouTube Maroon 5 pada 8 Oktober 2019.

Hingga Rabu (11/3/2020) video klip tersebut telah ditonton lebih dari 426 juta kali.
